A more potent version of the Cherry Wheat, Hinterland’s For Fruits Sake is a kettle soured wheat ale that is brewed in port wine barrels with cherries to create a multi layer fruit buzz. Bill Tressler, the owner of Hinterland Brewery, wanted the design to be bold with cherry, grape, and barrels as the main focus.
