Hinterland Paczki Stout

Doughnut stouts are a new popular style of beer, but Hinterland wanted something that would elevate their concoction above the rest. Their answer, use three-hundred pounds of Northeast Wisconsin’s most popular doughnut- Smurawa’s Country Bakery’s raspberry polish paczki. Although this beer was originally an experiment, it has become a hit at the brewery.
