Hinterland Paloma Cerveza

Inspired by the popular Paloma cocktail, this beer takes you south of the border to Mexico. This IPA is aged in tequila barrels and is brewed with grapefruit and lime juices. Knowing that I wanted to incorporate Mexican cultural symbolism, the first thing I thought of was sugar skulls and mariachi band. In the end I used both in the label of this refreshingly smooth cerveza.
